How the Initiative Works

Step 1 — Submit for Consideration

Tell us about your home and situation so we can understand the full picture.

Step 2 — Review & Evaluation

Every submission is reviewed based on overall impact, safety, and project viability. We focus on real situations where we can make a meaningful difference.

Step 3 — Project Selection

Each cycle, we select a homeowner to move forward with. While not every submission is chosen, every application is reviewed.

Step 4 — Project Execution

Once selected, the project is fully planned and completed by Roch Brothers and our trusted local partners.
